Sorry Pottery Barn, I wasn't about to pay $250 plus shipping for your gorgeous mirror.
I made mine for a total cost of about $90.
And mine is bigger, 15 mirrors versus their 9.

The space behind our dining table needed some light.
Mirrors work wonders!
My inspiration came from Layla at The Lettered Cottage. She has a great tutorial here.
And Brook from Being Brook has another tutorial here.
Here's how I made the mirror:
I loosely followed Layla and Brook's steps above except I stained my wood with Minwax special walnut.
I applied one coat of stain before constructing, here's the frame ready for the second coat of stain:
Close up of corner, I used 3/4" screen moulding.
Around the edges I used 1" x 1/4" flat moulding turned on it's side:
(this will hide the hanging piece on the back and create depth off the wall)
Cleaned glue and sanded, then applied the second coat of stain:
On the back I used a French cleat attached to a 1x4 (which is glued and screwed on from the front):
This cleat can hold up to 200 pounds and mirror gets heavy!
All done and on the wall.
A nice addition to the kitchen.
