Yesterday girl #1 graduated from Kindergarten!! I signed up for the goodie bags for her class on purpose. I'm tired of receiving goodie bags full of plastic, cheapy junk for every occassion so I wanted to make the goodie bags good.
Each classmate (there are only 8 in her class) received a oilcloth lunch bag (which I made using the pattern from Martha Stewart Living).
Of course I had to throw in some candy because that's what every kid is really looking for so I had gotten some blue plastic grad cups last year on clearance (way to think ahead!) and put the candy in there.
All packaged up with cellophane and ribbon:
And then I painted a frame for each and used rub on letters for the name of the school (blocked out by that rectangle of white paper) and Kindergarten.
Now I just need to get a good picture and put it in the frame.
